Hickman’s John Hilley, bottom, tries to get out of the grasp of Kirskville’s Jared Fox on Tuesday at Hickman. Fox won the match on a pin.

Kirksville defeated both Rock Bridge and Hickman in a three-way dual at Hickman Tuesday night.

Kirksville handily defeated Hickman in the first match, 57-15. Though Hickman won the first weight class, Kirksville ultimately won 11 weight classes to Hickman's three. The Tigers had six falls (pins) and one technical fall (a win by at least 15 points).

Kirksville then immediately wrestled the next match, defeating Rock Bridge 49-24. Though the Bruins kept it slightly closer, the Tigers still won all but four weight classes. Kirksville had four falls and two technical falls in the match.

The two Columbia high schools finally squared off in the last match of the night. Rock Bridge fell behind 15-0 through the first three weight classes, but roared back to defeat Hickman 55-19. The Bruins won 10 weight class battles and finished with seven falls.
