Wanda Joyce McQuitty

Wanda Joyce McQuitty of Columbia died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008, at South Hampton Place nursing home. She was 59.
She was born July 8, 1949, in Fayette to Roy Broadus and Ethelene McQuitty.
She was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, James McQuitty and Michael McQuitty, both of Columbia; seven brothers, LeRoy Broadus, Carl McQuitty and Ronnie McQuitty, all of Fayette, Harold McQuitty of San Jose, Calif., Russell Powell of Kansas City, Thomas McQuitty of Columbia and Stevie McQuitty of Moberly; two sisters, Brenda Broadus of Columbia and Jane Henry of Kansas City.
A sister and her parents died earlier.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 300 E. Davis St., Fayette. Services, conducted by the Rev. Michael Jackman, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Gold Dust Cemetery, near Fayette.
