- BLUE RIDGE TOWN CENTRE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR BIDS AND NOTICE OF BID OPENING FOR PROPOSED DISTRICT TRANSPORTATION PROJECT BIDS TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 16, 2008, AT 8:30 A.M. Sealed bids on the following projects are hereby requested. Bids should be addressed to the Blue Ridge Town Centre Transportation Development District, Columbia, Missouri (the "District"), and endorsed "Bid for Constructing Transportation Projects of the Blue Ridge Town Centre Transportation Development District, Columbia, Boone County, Missouri." Said bids will be received by the District until 8:30 A.M. CDT on December 16, 2008, at the district's legal counsel's office, Van Matre, Harrison, Volkert, and Hollis, P.C., 1103 East Broadway, Columbia, Missouri 65201.
